I guess I'm more jaded than I realize.
Yesterday, it was FAR too quiet in the other room.

To a mom of preschoolers, that typically means trouble.
So imagine my surprise when I went into the family room, and found THIS:
Yes, Sam is "reading" Maddie their new Curious George book. They're so darn sweet.
(Right now...it bears noting!)

Those quiet moments scared me, too, and usually, rightfully so! My first two were only a year apart and they were ALWAYS into something! What a pleasant surprise for you, however!
You're not jaded...you're realistic! It is nice to be surprised every once in a while though.
