I've been meaning to post a few of these photos, for no other reason than the simple fact that I'm proud of them. Late this summer, all of Sam & Maddie's cousins (on my side) got together for family pictures. Since we couldn't schedule a studio session, I got out my trusty Nikon and hustled everyone down to Lincoln-Douglas Memorial Park in Ottawa, IL for an after-nap photo session.
About 200 shots later, I did get some I'm particularly pleased with, even if Sophia and Maddie were less than cooperative. Jake, Sam, Julia and Max did amazingly well!

Guess I won't quit my day job (if I had one).
